The Big Lead has posted a list of Top 5 Wrestling Entrances of All Time. WWF in the 80's was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Very informative article in The New York Times comparing broadband in Japan and here. Basically we are getting screwed 10 ways to Texas. And I thought my FIOS was a deal! Time to move to the mothership.
Openeducation.net has posted an article and overview of a pilot program being tested at San Juan Collge. Click here to read more.

Went up to LA to check out the new Annenberg Space for Photography. The space itself is incredible. As you walk up to the building amidst the financial center you begin to feel, just for a moment, that photography is as important to others as is is to you(if you are indeed one of us).
There are works by 11 LA photographers, including a couple of my favs, Julius Shulman and Tim Street Porter. Although the photography was fun, the space itself seems to overwhelm most. You get to scroll through photo galleries on Minority Report-like touch screen Microsoft displays, watch slideshows on enormous high def screens underneath a giant aperture, and have a wholesome conversation in, of all places, a kitchen. Did I mention parking only cost a buck! Can't wait to see what's in store, the true test of time being the upcoming shows ability to outshine the facility. I'm just glad to see people with real money doing great things for photography!
